This was our first time to Morelia and we were happy with this lovely property for our 3-night stay. Arturo was welcoming on arrival and helpful when needed, it was easy walking distance to historic center, comfortable bed, compact room but well thought out, and great sunset view from rooftop. We were on main floor with a nice patio which was perfect for us.

Coffee shop next door, close to the center, 10 minute walk from the Parque Lateral and from the Fabrica de San Pedro. Friendly owner, friendly staff. It's new, clean, the bed was comfortable, drinkable water offered all that you want, shampoo, soap, and the BEST shower I have had in my 5 years traveling in Mexico! I'll be back!
