Having a semi private courtyard (shared with some other rooms) and access to a pool so close to the bustling Malecon and Zona Romantica neighbourhoods was a treat. The rooms are well equipped with soundproofing materials and totally blocked the sounds from the Malecon strip. I am a light sleeper but slept restfully each night. The owner made himself available to answer any questions we had and was super friendly. The owner turned his grandparents old villa into this accommodation and you can see the passion he has for his work and his family. If we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta - we will be staying here again 100%

GermanyI had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!

The apartment was huge and the amenities that we could use were very nice. Having a fully equipped kitchen made our stay a lot easier. Also, having two bathrooms was a great luxury.

Excellent location on the beach, close proximity to restaurants and downtown area, we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which was spacious with an amazing sunset view! We only stayed for 1 night which was our last in Puerto Vallarta, but we will be back for a longer stay.

This was a last minute escapade For myself, the owner and the host we very kind to provide the instructions For the self check in, it was nice to have drinking water provided. The views from the Big Windows. Great location, still quiet.the bed matress was great, very good Quality For shower amenities. The printed information very good. I hope to stay longer nex time. The view from the room was breathtaking, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. In the kitchen there were everything to make a meal. We spent amazing afternoon by the pool, the nicest bartender provided us with drinks and snacks. The staff was super friendly and our stay overall was great!

Loved the condo! The location was nice. The only complaint was that we had little to no hot water. The owner advised that he would look into the issue as he had just installed a new hot water tank. Would definitely stay there again.
