From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. All the staff went out of their way to help when asked.

I have rated this as Exceptional because of the location, the views, the friendly staff, the nice pool area, great beach and overall comfort of the room and beds. We stayed in a Junior Suite, it was about twice the size of a standard room. While the room and the hotel are not luxurious, it was very clean, right on the beach, and walking distance to many great restaurants, the Romantic Zone, the Malecon, and Centro PV. The kitchen was minimally provisioned to allow basic cooking.

It's very close to everything. I could just walk everywhere! The hotel offers food, which is very convenient. Their wifi was really fast, I watched Netflix and YouTube on the TV.

The property has been remodeled since our last visit to include a separate restaurant area away from the bar. The addition of a Starbucks in the lobby was a boon for my wife. They really upped their breakfast game, too. Staff were friendly and accommodating as usual. We found out on the morning we checked out that the hotel offers a courtesy bus to and from the Male on between the hours of 08:30-01:00. We did that trip in Ubers so many times!

About 20 minutes drive to Puerto Vallarta, 10 mins to Nuevo Nayarit. Underground parking, staff super helpful. The room was great, clean, with air-conditioning, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of food.

Rooms were clean and comfy and the pool was really nice!

The room was huge. The whole place was very cute. It was so close to the heart of the area, but was one block up which made all the difference from a volume level perspective.

The hotel is located at the best possible location at the base of mountain and facing the beautiful ocean with blue water. The speciality of the hotel is that every kind of room faces the ocean.They have private beach as well which is like ocean connected to swimming pool where you can snorkle or enjoy waves with family. I visited with my family at the season of whales and luckily, we could observe whales even from hotel room. The staffs are so polite and welcoming and try to help and take care of the guests in every possible way. Right from the location to the infrastructure inside hotel and the really wonderful staff,I will give 10 out of 10.It is the best place you can imagine for vacations.

The location is great. Good restaurants nearby. Grocery store close, too. My room had a fridge which was really great.

My sister and I decided to take a family trip to PV and we wanted to stay in a place that allowed us to have both peace to chill, but on walking distance from the Malecon to explore. Gilberto, Bianca, Alondra and Misael were the staff that we interacted the most with, and they were very helpful and ensured we were well looked after during our stay. We stayed in the Penthouse, which was great because we had a great view of the beach and our own outdoor Jacuzzi as well, and the main amazing pool just outside our door. Breafkast was great! we pretty much tried everything on the meny between my sister and I, and everthing tasted great. The Malecon is just 10 minutes, and walking on the main streen one goes through many shops, cafes and restaurants. Also, for any of you fitness obsessed like me, the "Unidad Deportiva" running track is just 5 min away jogging, which is great, because one can jog there in addition to jogging on the beach, which is great, but also depening on how busy it is, it can be convenient to use the track. In addition I want to thank Gilberto and the maintenance team for lending me some tools to cut some branches from coconut trees hangers that I found, so I could take them home with me to do some artwork.

The staff are wonderful! Everyone is really helpful and most accommodating. The location is also ideal, especially if you enjoy shopping.
