From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. All the staff went out of their way to help when asked.

The breakfasts were always delicious with a wide variety of taste selections. Location of the restaurant is very accessible. The staff is excellent. The festivities they arranged for Superbowl Sunday and Valentines Day were wonderful. The service around the pool was superb. Already looking forward to going back next year. Also the concierge named Luis was extremely helpful with booking a snorkel trip and helping us out when my friend left his cell phone in a cab. We did get the phone back.

The staff and location was great. Came alone and felt very safe. The staff are constantly cleaning and are fast if something is broken. My air wasn't working and they fixed it in less than an hour. Beach is amazing. Pools are cleaned daily and just heavenly to be in while 30degree weather and full sun!!

Did Book originally for 4 nights....and I did extend for another 6, so that can tell that all was very good

Very central to everything I wanted , lots of food places in restaurants and street stalls. Walking distance to night life . Walking Distance to the beach . Staff very friendly and helpful . Both night and day staff . The hot tub came in handy which I always had by myself . Free coffee . My room was very small for what I paid but it had all the basics I needed.

This is a fantastic resort in a quiet neighborhood of the city. it is a middle size resort, not too big as it would be impersonal and dispersive, not too small so it can guarantee consistent service and facilities. the pool area is very curated with a beautiful garden. I really recommend this place. The only thing to keep in mind is that prices can fluctuate a lot according to the availability - if you get an offer for around ~100 Eur, this is really a great deal! High standards of cleanliness, service, everything freshly painted and renovated.

Great room and hotel location.

The hotel is located at the best possible location at the base of mountain and facing the beautiful ocean with blue water. The speciality of the hotel is that every kind of room faces the ocean.They have private beach as well which is like ocean connected to swimming pool where you can snorkle or enjoy waves with family. I visited with my family at the season of whales and luckily, we could observe whales even from hotel room. The staffs are so polite and welcoming and try to help and take care of the guests in every possible way. Right from the location to the infrastructure inside hotel and the really wonderful staff,I will give 10 out of 10.It is the best place you can imagine for vacations.

Great value in the heart of everything. This is a very simple hotel with everything I look for. 5 minutes from the Malecon boardwalk, hundreds of restaurants, and endless shops. Very clean, with a friendly staff. Beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs, 10 feet from the beach.

Fantastic hospitality and friendly staff. Well located. The hotel has a certain charm. While it isn't the most modern or fancy place, the style and service made it feel like it belongs in a bygone era in the best possible way. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It’s right on the beach and right downtown. Great for families.

We have stayed here several times and it’s a very pleasant hotel that is perfect for our one or two night stay in Puerto Vallarta

It was very close to nice bars and restaurants. Personal were extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a clean, quiet place to stay.

About 20 minutes drive to Puerto Vallarta, 10 mins to Nuevo Nayarit. Underground parking, staff super helpful. The room was great, clean, with air-conditioning, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of food.

I had booked a room with 2 beds but when we arrived we were given a room with 1 king sized bed. However, the staff worked very hard to get this corrected and by the end of the day we were moved to a room with 2 beds. We liked everything about our stay at the Melia. We would like to go back next year and stay in the tower that faces the ocean.

Location is close to downtown, restaurants beach, rooms are nice and comfortable.
