Love this place and the staff!! The location of the hotel made it feel like a true gem. It is just the right distance from town, which can be a walk along the beach or take the side streets to make your way to the centre square. It has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly professional staff throughout. They all really seem to care for their guests. The room was spacious, very clean, well appointed with fantastic views. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wanting a boutique couples experience in Bucerias. We will probably make it a yearly visit now. We already miss everyone (staff) there!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The suite was enormous, and had a great balcony looking over the water. All of the meals are delicious (particularly the chilaquiles at breakfast and the shrimp quesadillas for lunch - amazing!), staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool is perfectly clean and well maintained. There are lots of loungers available on the beach as well. It is rocky, but only a little bit - you can easily walk around the rocks to get into the ocean where it's sandy. It was a 25 minute walk into town along the beach, or a 5 minute taxi. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Bucerias!

Excellent location on one of the main streets steps away from restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cute small hotel with a great pool area, surrounded by palms and greenery. The rooms were clean and spacious, they had A/C. Our room had a balcony that faced the pool and we loved to chill in the balcony. The price was very good for the location. We would come back .

This place is very nice!. The room was a very good size, with a kitchen and living/dining area separate from the sleeping areas. The shower had plenty of hot water - and places to hang towels! It's surprising how many places forget little details like that. In addition, the property owner allowed me to park my motorcycle on the lawn inside the locked entry gate.

Bucerias has a very different vibe from its close neighbor,...

Bucerias has a very different vibe from its close neighbor, Puerto Vallarta. It is quieter, slower paced, casual, family and pet friendly. It does not get the daily cruise ship traffic. It is very much a community, with local people and tourists that have been coming for years. Make sure you eat at the street taco stands. The seafood is superb, clean and fresh. Walking down the streets, everyone has a quick smile, a wave and a hello. There is nothing to fear, walking alone, day or evening on the well lit residential streets. The town closes pretty early in most spots. Dinner is over by 9PM. You can not go wrong with any restaurant in town but Sandrina's garden is very special and the food and service are excellent.

Mexico is changing.

Mexico is changing. There are no good deals to be had any longer. Their prices for food and drink having increased two or three times since pre-Covid. Mexico compares prices to American dollars. Their quality does not justify the price that they're charging now and although I have been traveling to Mexico for 45 years to various areas I've decided not to return. They have priced themselves out of the tourist market as far as I'm concerned.

We have been coming to the Puerto Vallarta area for over 30 years. This area north of PV has gone through many changes and now has come to the south end of Bucerias. We were very impressed with the standard of care that is being done with the improvements to the area. Many new condo building, but not to the point of overcrowding. Great improvements to the streets. Many new restaurant that exceeded our expectations. An area that we will come back to again.

Beautiful country, the best restaurant in the bay for...

Beautiful country, the best restaurant in the bay for breakfast/lunch is LUNA LUNA. Lots of flowering plants and tropical trees still line the streets....MANY condo developments and lots of construction happening in the 'golden zone'. East of the 200 highway is a more authentic area to stay if you want a local experience outside of the condo/hotel areas.

This area is a mix of mexico, not too touristy yet within walking distance to open market. Plenty of areas to walk, enjoy the sun and beach. This was a great opportunity to meet locals and enjoy their culture. Very good restaurants in the area, some with nightly music. Art walk every Thursday. There was a handy corner store nearby as well as an excellent coffee bar. Bought some good quality sandals, dresses, artwork.....

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to 2 large groceries stores and a 20-30 walk to Bucerias. The building has 2 pools, one roof top which was heated and an unheated pool on the main level. They are both clean and quiet. We had a few requests for additional towels etc but after making a request to Ana by email she was there the next morning with everything we asked for.
