Spacious rooms and comfortable beds

The location was excellent and walking distance to the local shops. Breakfast was excellent.

About 20 minutes drive to Puerto Vallarta, 10 mins to Nuevo Nayarit. Underground parking, staff super helpful. The room was great, clean, with air-conditioning, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of food.

Our room was very large, clean and comfortable... The included breakfast was traditional Mexican and very good ... We opted to include the waterpark in our stay and had a great time splashing around with a lot of local families who were enjoying their vacation time there as well... Our flight left late in the evening and we were able to check our bags in storage and remain at the property, enjoying a full day in the sun at the waterpark up until the last moment before we hopped in an Uber and went to the airport... Also, the bus stopped directly in front of the hotel (heading south towards PVR) so that was cool because we had taken the local bus from Lo de Marcos and had our bags with us... We could have easily taken the bus to the airport as well if we had wanted to...🥰❤️🥰

This was our second year staying at Casa Mariano and it was just as pleasant as the first time! The room was spacious and clean, it had a mini-fridge and a small stove, and the AC was cold!! The shower had cold/hot water and the toilets worked properly. The Staff remembered us from last year and (because the rooms were available) gave my wife to opportunity to pick the room she wanted for the week. Thank U! The free breakfast includes beans, chilaquiles, and your choice off eggs (scrambled, mixed with bacon or chorizo or vegetables, etc) and either coffee or juice. You can enjoy it in the rooftop dining area while enjoying the view of the city and mountains or they offer to take it to your room. There is always someone at the front desk and the door to access the rooms is closed so you don't have to worry about random people walking around in the halls. The Location is also Great- it is walking distance to the heart of Downtown, but far enough to relax. It's not a big property and has the Family atmosphere with the Staff. **The Owners (husband and wife) were on property overlooking renovations being made and even took over the kitchen because they gave Staff the day off. "Attitude reflects Leadership." You can see it in the way Staff smile and take care of things.** THANK U for a GRT Vacation!! **NOTE: next year we have to be in Tepic for a WHOLE month and we're seriously considering make ourselves at home in Casa Mariano.**

I can't believe the price for what you get. It was such a nice and spacious place. Comfortable beds. Super hot showers. All the comforts of a nice hotel for a very low price!

Amazing place! We only stayed three nights and wish we stayed longer. Best part of Sayulita - a bit off from the center but so close to the nicest part of the beach and many cafés and restaurants! We did yoga with Henry and vane (Yin & Hatha) and both were absolutely amazing - and we both are no yogis but loved the classes so much! The breakkie is great and lots of variety. Amazing place and we‘d recommend for single travelers, couples or families alike!

Casa Real is such a beautiful Botique Hotel. The service and the people are amazing friendly and we felt like in paradise. The garden and the pool is awesome and it‘s for just a small amount of people. A place to relax and recharge batteries in the amazing little Surfer Town Sayulita. We can recommend the area where the Hotel is the most! Only a few minutes walk and you are in the markets, shops, restaurants & bar area! Casa Real is Highly recommended from our side❤️‍🔥

Clean, modern and close knit.

It is an old hotel, but was recently renovated & refurbished. Same as booking.com photos & even better., everything is new : New paint, bed sheets, mattress, towels, chair, TV, fan, shower curtain, window curtains. It’s indeed squeaky clean, very nice and fresh. My room got 1 window and a tiny balcony facing the street, so is very breezy with fresh air & lots of sunlight. The location is super central. What is lacking is some place to put stuff & clothes. But they have 2 beds so I can just put things on the smaller bed. The reception people, cleaner & probably a mechánic, are all very nice. This hotel definitely deserves a “10” although there are few small issues.

It's beautiful place to stay especially the room has kitchenette its very important if you like to cook in your own if you dont like to eat outside. Very friendly stuff easy to communicate. And our housekeeping Lupita is very friendly have always smile everytime you talk to her. And she try her best to talked to us even she can't speak English. She did a great job doing our room and she even asked us if we like to have a dish rack. But of course the people in front desk are very friendly and easy to communicate. We Like going back and stay in here again in the near future. Thank u for all the friendly staff ☺️ Allan & Joanne

The staff was so very kind and helpful, and the property is beautiful and very quiet. Great location too, just off of downtown, 5min walk to everything.

The staff is friendly, the location is great, and Tepic is a very calm and nice city. The hotel is very comfortable. I extended my stay fo several more days because they treated me so friendly, and there was a lot to explore in the city.

We got the room we wanted, with a fantastic view - big thanks to Victor!! The live cello player at breakfast was a great touch, too! And we liked it so much, that friends from Canada will be joining us here next week! 🇨🇦 🍁
