The fine print
Please note that some rooms will be under renovation from 04/05/2025 to 10/10/2025 (completion date subject to change) and guests may experience some noise or disturbances due to this. Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays.
As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we are currently in the process of renovating our conference rooms.
The renovation works are expected to be completed by March 31st 2025.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of US$400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
