In between a house move, we needed a nights accommodation. This was the ultimate choice. It was peaceful and quiet, well decorated, comfortable with great beds and a good shower! The best choice we could make. We will be back!

The Residence asub New Plymouthis, 700 meetri kaugusel Fitzroy rannast, 2,7 km kaugusel Bell Blocki rannast ja 5,3 km kaugusel Yarrow staadionist. The property is located in a commercial part of Fitzroy which made it easy to shop and eat and do laundry. Parking was in a lot adjacent to the building which was easy. It’s located near 2 golf courses which was good for us. We wanted to explore the National park which was located just south of New Plymouth within 30 minutes to an hour drive depending on what part. The unit #8 itself was an upper floor with a flight of stairs, no elevator so be sure you check which unit you have if you have mobility issues. It’s the smallest so it doesn’t have a washer or a dishwasher or a dining area. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge and what you need to eat but no stovetop. It was fine for us but you may want a larger unit.

Location is also very attractive and only 2 minutes drive to Tasman Sea beach. Hosts are extremely hospitable and kind. I would love to stay again. Thanks.

Accommodation was great! very clean, hosts thought of everything that one would need when travelling. Fantastic views, Host was very helpful in advising of things to do in the area. Really enjoyed our stay.

Simple, well laid out room with very comfortable bed. Quiet, clean and of good value for the money. We did not pay for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Air conditioner worked well, which made sleeping much easier. Would definitely recommend to others who are traveling on a budget or don't feel the need for big expensive hotel rooms.

The view from the veranda over the adjacent farm at sunset was beautiful, and the host was very friendly. The unit was very clean and tidy, had everything you needed, including a full kitchen (even an air fryer!).

But the best about staying there is lovely host Mary, who makes this place so wonderful and special! I wish I could have stayed longer and shared more conversations!

It was a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom in a block of two. Well equipped kitchen with good quality coffee plunger with large fridge freezer. Excellent leather couch & generous shower. Easy to park at front. Very close to everything. Nice elevated outlook from bedrooms.

Thank you for having us, beautiful spot and well designed space. My partner and I enjoyed the bath so much and the peace and tranquility. The little homely touches like wine and chocolate were much appreciated too. Amazing stay and would definitely come back.
