The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It is a new and clean building with ample parking space. The building is located in a very calm & central area. The location is apt for travelers. The rooms are also clean and big. 2 bed rooms can easily accommodate 6 people. The room has a nice cozy kitchen with all the required utensils. It also had a washing machine and an Iron. All this at a reasonable price, at least we paid less (4.28 Rials) for 2 nights). The hotel management were very kind and polite, they even let us check-in early. We were 4 men, but I can any day suggest this place for a family. 5 stars to the management and the team.

The villa is as good as new, it's very well furnished with a classy style, cozy and comfortable, all the details of a home is there. I loved the stay. The location is magical. I parked my car near the villa and I walked around Hawana Salalah in my 5 day stay. It's 15 minutes walk to the beach, all the restaurants, cafés and bars are walking distance, and one can rent a toktok or hop on the electrical cars. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook yourself, the cutlery is beautiful.
