Perfect 3* hotel. It feels more like an affordable 4*star hotel. You get exactly what you see. The rooms are renovated, and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to the airport, so it is an ideal choice if you are looking for affordable yet nice accommodation nearby. The pool is also very nice for a 3-star hotel.

We particularly enjoyed the views. Swam in the heated pool. It's a modern and clean hotel. We had a suite with a large balcony offering great views of the mountain scenery.

Fantastic hotel, close to the airport and Grand Mosque. Plenty of free parking, superb facilities with a spa open til 2am, huge breakfast selection, great roof top pool with views over Muscat. I got a great rate on Booking.com making it real value for money. With genuinely friendly staff to round it off. I'll definitely be back.

One of the most amazing places we stayed at during our entire 14-day trip in Oman. This suit truly exceeded our expectations! It's located just few steps from seaside promenade and Muscat souq, walking distance to many traditional food serving restaurants. The apartments (just like the whole hotel) are authentic and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and guest comfort. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The beds were soft — which is actually quite rare in accommodations in Oman. Breakfast was available for an reasonable extra charge and was absolutely delicious, with very tasteful serving — a real treat for both the eyes and the stomach 😊 On the last day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit, which was a lovely gesture. Our highest recommendations — we would definitely stay here again!

This guesthouse is perfectly located in the heart of Nizwa's old town and souq, making it ideal for exploring the area. It has a traditional and authentic feel while being very central.
