Everything was perfect! The location was beautiful, the place was incredible. The rooms were super nice (much better than the pictures), and had all the ameneties. Both breakfast and dinner were great! We met Faisal, the tour guide, who gave us some local treats and gave us loads of amazing tips for Oman, offered to help with hotel, ferry and all sorts of bookings by calling and asking for prices for nothing in return, just to help us! We travel with no plan, so we rely a lot on local recommendations and tips, thank you Faisal!

After almost two months travelling across Asia, we chose the W Muscat for four days of pure rest — and it was exactly what we needed. Having stayed at other W properties before, we knew what to expect in terms of style and standards, but this stay exceeded our expectations in terms of atmosphere and genuine hospitality. The service was consistently excellent. From the front desk to the restaurant teams, from housekeeping to the gardeners — everyone greets you, makes eye contact, and makes you feel truly seen. The hotel offers a wonderful variety of dining options. We joined the Iftar twice and appreciated the quality, generosity and authenticity of the experience. The food overall was outstanding. The calm environment, the attention to detail, the body care products, and the overall comfort allowed us to fully unwind after weeks of intense travel. Thank you for making us feel at home.

I would especially like to thank the receptionist for her warm welcome and her assistance in many matters during our stay at the hotel, especially in renewing reservations for additional days due to our work requirements. She is truly a distinguished employee and deserves all appreciation and thanks.

From the beginning to end The Chedi Muscat was a dream hotel to stay in. The service was impeccable, all the staff were incredible. I was met by Sonomi at the front desk who checked me in and gave me such a warm welcome. Waitress Mita was incredibly kind and such a pleasant person to be around always smiling during breakfast and dinner, I will really miss her. The rooms were so clean, the location was great and the whole stay was amazing. My birthday was made really special, I cannot recommend The Chedi Muscat enough!!

The hospitality was extremely pleasing. The Breakfast spread was really vast, and the chef was open to preparing some eggless preparations for us on special requests. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his time around the property with immediate access to the Pool and Beach. It is a highly recommended resort to with for families. We enjoyed our stay.

The Staff. All of them were excellent. Starting from check in throughout the stay. Covered car parking. Spacious rooms. Interconnected rooms were given by receptionist which was very helpful. Restaurant staff were too good. Breakfast had a good spread. Overall excellent property to stay.
