Our first stop and stay in Oman. And we have to recommend it. Good location (just 15min from the airport), spacious rooms, good breakfast and very good heated pool on the roof.

Excellent breakfast, good location and excellent value for money. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 in the morning, no problem.

Everything, relieved a very warm welcome. Rooms were very very clean and modern and view was amazing. I had some special requests with the rooms and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Reception staff were very very kind and respectful, everyone knew very good english so had no problems communicating. Will definitely stay here again. The hospitality I was shown was more than anywhere else in the world. They really went above and beyond.

Holiday Inn is always a great choice and this stay was no exception. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and the location was convenient and very close to the city centre. One of the lovely touches was the warm Omani welcome at the lobby with Arabic coffee and fresh dates — a beautiful way to experience the local hospitality. The lobby also has a good coffee shop, which was a nice place to relax. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their service really made the experience even better.

Am not a breakfast guy, the location is good

Very modern and beatiful hotel, breakfast was amazing, rooms big and clean, big plus was swimming pool and gym. No noise from outside and air condition was quiet and adjustable. Hotel is close to the beach (which is not really a nice beach :)) and just accross the road (through walking bridge) are restaurants. Last but not least, as hotel is part of shopping center it was handy to have spar (shop) just few meters away.

The hotel was clean, had many amenities, including rooftop pool and jacuzzi among other things. The room was spacious and the staff was extremely friendly. We loved every minute of our stay.

Exceptional stay, breakfast was lovely, pool was super clean or I wouldn't have gone in and it was heated enough to make it nice! The hotel was clean and well kept. The weather in December was stunning. Most importantly, the staff was lovely and when my father and husband did not have the appropriate attire for the Opera House, the staff ran around looking for a tie, a suitcoat, a bowtie....anything that would elevate their clothes to Opera House standards. When they couldn't find anything, the Chief Operations Manager; Christoff, (not sure of title or proper spelling of name) was contacted and he came out with clothes from his PERSONAL CLOSET. Not joking! That is above and beyond. Seriously. Thank you to all the staff, we had a lovely time with our kids and the grandparents!

Great room size, but a little bit noisy. The room itself was modern, and beautifully decorated. The bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly during a hot weekend. However, my door room is a little bit thin. I could hear every conversation in the hallway and wake me up in the middle of my sleep. If you stay here, request a room at the far end of the hallway

Everything about this hotel is superb. Above all though it is the willingness to please.

The intake staff was very helpful to us. I didn’t realize I booked 2 rooms and there were three of us. We wanted to be together in one room. The staff suggested he will give a family room so we will all be together. He was also helpful when we forgot our chargers in luggages & he loaned us one. I can’t recall the name of the staff but he has medium long wavy hair and about 5’5 tall. Kudos to him. He made our check in and stay relaxing.
