I’ve visited multiple hotels around the world, I can say by far that W Muscat is unique. The hospitality from the great staff, the facilities, the swimming pool, the view to the beach, the restaurants, literally everything was perfect. All of the staff, especially the local Omani staff were amazing and made my stay even better. I really would like to thank the management and the staff for making my stay such a great one!

This place is a blast! For the Omani experience best you can imagine. Rooms around 300-year-old fort are perfect Omani style, small swimming pools alimented by falaj with mountain water can be privatised. Top of the top - they serve great breakfasts which are very popular among local people which adds to a wonderful experience. And Mohammad is a super friendly and a great receptionist! Ibrahim, the other receptionist is also a great guy.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located — close to everything I needed. The room was spacious, the bed was great, and everything worked perfectly. The front desk staff were all great, especially Elie, who was super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Overall a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

We give it a 9 out of 10 (Why not 10? It's not really Oman,, but we knew that when we booked so no complaints!) Located in a fancy Marina area close to the airport it's the perfect way to start your vacation, if you're into a bit of a more classy vacay that is. Omani, walk around in their traditional cloths, as well as westerners (tourIsts & expads). The marina, is a stylefull (absolutely not authentic! ) place with some outstanding restaurants. The hotel is located in the middle of this semi buzzing area. As Muscat is one long stretched city it's impossible to choose a hotel which is near all 'must see sights', hence we opted for a hotel reasonably close to the airport and at the sea.. (Rent a car, it's super easy to drive) Parking is below the hotel 👌 The rooftop pool is not very big, but we had no issues securing space the 2 nights we stayed there. The hotel is good, you pay extra for the area I think, as all hotels we have been in in Oman have excellent service. Ooh an extra plus for smokers; there is a smokers room floor. Stay here to acclimatize and then go see the real Oman;)

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and well equipped. But what made our stay so exceptional was the friendliness and the helpfulness of the receptionists, especially Lindo. We were stranded in Muscat because of the political crisis nearby and the receptionist spent hours to help us contact airline companies, solve technical problems, answer our questions and make us feel at home. Muscat will surprise you.

Muscat will surprise you. It's amazing for those looking for a laid back holiday and enjoy the rich culture. The people are polite and helpful people and taxi drivers will tell you a lot of stories if you know how to get them talking. Best months to visit Oman is during December and January (do not miss Muscat Nights)

PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

We loved our stay in Nizwa.

We loved our stay in Nizwa. The friendly people especially the smiling children we met everywhere, made our trip truly memorable. We also greatly appreciated the simplicity, authenticity, and rich culture of the city, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Trip to Muscat was very enjoyable silky smooth roads and good tourist attractions.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.
