The location is nearby Sukatn Qaboos University. It is surrounded by restaurants and grocery shops.

Location was good for the Al Mouj area without paying Al Mouj prices.

We had one night in the beautiful Boulevard Hotel in Maskat. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was delicious and everyone was super friendly. Thank you to the super friendly staff, especially to Almotasim who gave us recommendations and who was very customer-oriented and friendly to all of us. That made our stay in the hotel unique and we would love to come back anytime.

Everything, relieved a very warm welcome. Rooms were very very clean and modern and view was amazing. I had some special requests with the rooms and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Reception staff were very very kind and respectful, everyone knew very good english so had no problems communicating. Will definitely stay here again. The hospitality I was shown was more than anywhere else in the world. They really went above and beyond.

Great hotel in a quiet area with an extremely nice and helpful staff - thank you all! It has a restaurant with a fantastic cook. 30 minutes on foot to the SQU (something unusual in this city).

Holiday Inn is always a great choice and this stay was no exception. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and the location was convenient and very close to the city centre. One of the lovely touches was the warm Omani welcome at the lobby with Arabic coffee and fresh dates — a beautiful way to experience the local hospitality. The lobby also has a good coffee shop, which was a nice place to relax. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their service really made the experience even better.

It is a big hotel with everything you usually get. Breakfast is good, except for the coffee, you better ask for black coffee! Breakfast is in the Family Room that rather looks like dark hole, not attractive at all! Staff at reception are not very friendly, just doing their job. Location is far from the souq if you don't have transport!

The room is very clean and neat. Although some cabinets seem to be broken, it does not affect my stay in this hotel. I don't know, but when I stay here, I feel very at home.
