The hotel facilities were exquisite, but the staff are what really made it an amazing experience. They were so courteous and helpful, and made our stay truly one to remember. The infinity pool was stunning and provided great views of the ocean. The room was immaculate.

Everything about this hotel is superb. Above all though it is the willingness to please.

Spacious rooms , delicious breakfast , close to the airport , nice gym , nice pool .

Hotel so good facilities is good service is good and stuff so kind one guy is a receptionist I think manager Egyptian so good nice welcoming my second time I am visiting this hotel for the family is good my recommend is nice hotel for the family and couples the upgrade me nice room I like and i think that Egyptian is so nice and professional

The intake staff was very helpful to us. I didn’t realize I booked 2 rooms and there were three of us. We wanted to be together in one room. The staff suggested he will give a family room so we will all be together. He was also helpful when we forgot our chargers in luggages & he loaned us one. I can’t recall the name of the staff but he has medium long wavy hair and about 5’5 tall. Kudos to him. He made our check in and stay relaxing.

I just just for a night as I have flight next day and thats the reason I choose to stay here because its close to Airport..i had a comfertable stay and I am extremely satisfied 😌

Holiday Inn is always a great choice and this stay was no exception. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and the location was convenient and very close to the city centre. One of the lovely touches was the warm Omani welcome at the lobby with Arabic coffee and fresh dates — a beautiful way to experience the local hospitality. The lobby also has a good coffee shop, which was a nice place to relax. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their service really made the experience even better.

location- direct bus access from the airport, accessible to the marina, multiple restaurants and grocery food was great the room was clean and pristine the smiles were endless

Location was good for the Al Mouj area without paying Al Mouj prices.

The room is very clean and neat. Although some cabinets seem to be broken, it does not affect my stay in this hotel. I don't know, but when I stay here, I feel very at home.

Everything, relieved a very warm welcome. Rooms were very very clean and modern and view was amazing. I had some special requests with the rooms and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Reception staff were very very kind and respectful, everyone knew very good english so had no problems communicating. Will definitely stay here again. The hospitality I was shown was more than anywhere else in the world. They really went above and beyond.

Excellent value. Clean rooms with rain shower and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a slight buzzing noise in our room from an electrical box, and it was fixed within 5 minutes of calling the reception.
