We stayed here on our way to Nizwa as the hotels there were fully booked. However this turned out to be an excellent choice. Just off the main road, with lots of parking. Our room on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the mountains and pool was ideal for our needs. Very large, comfortable room and well appointed. Staff were all pleasant. We had a DB&B rate. There is a small but adequate menu. We choose the Iraniamn meat platter, which was more than enough for two people. (The meat was slightly overcooked, but still enjoyable). It also includes a starter, bottle of water and a dessert. So good value. Breakfast was good, huge portions, with a choice of European or local. In summary, a very good choice for a one night stay.

Nice location , good chalet, good breakfast

We had a very good stay at Fanja Heritage House! We booked very spontaneously but they had a room for us right away. The room was super comfy and nice, we even had a small Falaj (water canal) running through our room, which we really liked. The breakfast is delicious with great views and the staff is super friendly. Overall very beautiful and cute place.
