I loved everything! The lobby is welcoming, and the staff are really kind and accommodating. There is a beautiful cafe next to the lobby. There are also bathrooms and a prayer room. They offer complimentary Omani coffee and dates in a beautiful sitting area in the lobby, I highly recommend it! The rooms are so beautifully decorated. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh and nice. The rooms are very bright and sunny if you would like to keep the curtains open, but also have blackout curtains if you want it to be dark for a nap. The beds are comfortable and they brought a cot for my baby that was perfect and comfortable for her. The water heater and pressure are great. The AC and fan worked great and so did the TV, fridge and kettle. There is covered parking at the back that is conveniently close to the elevators. The location is great, but not very walkable too landmarks, so good if you have your own car. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance in case you don't have a car.

Friendly staff (especially lady at reception and lady manning coffee booth). Great value for money and efficient, clean and welcoming. Practical place to stay but you need to get in a car to get to places to eat or shop etc. There is a separately run spa next door which does thai massages.

Fantastic place, spacious room with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, phenomenal balcony to watch the sunrise. Comfy communal area to meet other travelers (has fridge, tea, kitchen etc) Strong wifi and clear&responsive communication. I booked last minute, and everything worked out great. It was easy to find, staff was on point and helpful. Parking spaces in front of the door. The location is brilliant. 6 minutes walk to the beginning of the Wadi Shab trail. (I went at 6am and got back by 9:30 - enough time for a shower to head on daisy fresh)

Very nice staff, good and tasty food. The possibility to see turtles is something exceptional; people’s behaviour during the tours may be questioned. The hotel is old but still value for money is good. If you consider that food and 2 turtle watching tours are included then the price is not expensive at all. We will be happy to come again!
