Very nice hotel in a quiet area close to the beach

Perfect stay in Sur with clean and big rooms, a very nice restaurant inside, delicious and a big variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The pool and the gym are both very nice, also very attentive staff! Loved it and would definitely recommend.

The location was absolutely amazing, a couple of minutes from Wadi Shab and close to Wadi Tiwi. Right on the beach and you can look at the sea from the terrace and the pool. Pool was small but clean with a nice view. Breakfast was homemade and good. To access the beach I recommend water shoes. We went snorkeling and saw many turtles although the visibility wasn't great.

What is the to say other then Price/quality: very good . Sea view: magnificent We used it as a transit hotel from Wahiba Sands (via Wadi al khalid) to Wadi Shab and served its purpose perfectly. Right next to the road (didn't hear car noise btw perhaps as we had sea view). Spacious room. A restaurant neighbouring the hotel was good (and very affordable as well). Don't expect a 5 star hotel (duh because it isn't). Breakfast is good (considering the price once again). We can absolutely recommend this for the price.

Room was very big and bed more comfortable than other places I've stayed here in oman, staff were nice. Great garden area, very relaxing

The most convenient location if you want to join the tour for turtle watch, only 400 meters away from the center. Owner is super nice and accommodating, breakfast is very delicious. room is big, overall, this hotel is well worth the money, it's basic, but serve it's purpose.

If you look for a quiet a bit remote place this hotel is actually perfect! It was very clean, simple but cozy, the food was very good (we had half-board), staff was friendly and we very much enjoyed that it was very calm! We had the whole beach to ourselves what was exactly what we were looking for!

Location is good. Very near to beach. The facility is very good. Especially the swimming pool is fantastic. Design of the house is quite nice.

Great location..city of Sur is nearby and so are Ras Alhadd and Ras Aljins, and the place is near the beach where you can go and enjoy
