Fabulous room, very kind receptionist and other staff. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, so was the swimmig pool where we spent 2 hours. We would love to return.

The atmosphere and the vibe of the resort was so comfy. The beds and the chalets were clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and the service fast! It was just great. Thank you.

Very nice staff, good and tasty food. The possibility to see turtles is something exceptional; people’s behaviour during the tours may be questioned. The hotel is old but still value for money is good. If you consider that food and 2 turtle watching tours are included then the price is not expensive at all. We will be happy to come again!

If you look for a quiet a bit remote place this hotel is actually perfect! It was very clean, simple but cozy, the food was very good (we had half-board), staff was friendly and we very much enjoyed that it was very calm! We had the whole beach to ourselves what was exactly what we were looking for!

The room was really spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The man on reception was really friendly and helpful and always smiling. Just note that it’s better if you have a car to get around this area, it’s not close walking distance. But I would highly recommend, it has a lovely vibe.

Amazing location for Turtle Beach & the place see the 1st Sunrise of Arabian peninsula. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Arabian Sea Marina. The space was Clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. The host Mr. Rashid was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, offering helpful recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, yet close to everything I needed. All amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the little touches made it feel even more special. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Lovely host and very nice hotel to stop between Muscat and Sur. Very close to Wadi Shab and to the Tiwi beach.

The best was the service of the hotel that was extremly helpful with everything.Especially because I fortgot a device in the room and by the time they found it,I was already far away.They organized a shippment for my device which I then picked up in Muscat.So very thankful for this.Also the place is very clean and spacious.

ROOM: Very comfortable, more than sufficient for my quick one night stay. The bed was good and the bathroom was clean. STAFF: All very friendly, as was the norm throughout Oman. LOCATION: Convenient, multiple restaurants nearby and just a short drive from the corniche.

Every thing was perfect, I liked how the rooms was big and clean. The staff was respectable and polite. When I'm in Sur again I will rent this place again.

Good hotel with nice and quite rooms. May be a bit far a way from the center, but the price was good.
