The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and well equipped. But what made our stay so exceptional was the friendliness and the helpfulness of the receptionists, especially Lindo. We were stranded in Muscat because of the political crisis nearby and the receptionist spent hours to help us contact airline companies, solve technical problems, answer our questions and make us feel at home.
