The room and facilities we of a very high quality. Communication with the host before and during our stay was excellent. Location very convenient for Bimma sink hole and Al Arbaieen. Useful to have restaurant downstairs. Perfect stopover.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. For lovers of total privacy. Nice big villa with pool and playground for the kids. Beach a few steps away. Bring your water shoes. Very nice host. No problems with the arrangement. Good luck.

Lovely swimming pool and spa pool. Modern, luxurious rooms in this new hotel. If your budget can stretch to a pool/seaview room, it would be worth the extra. We had a Mountain View - very nice but no balcony.Breakfast seems to have improved since previous reviews - lots of choice and barista made coffee. Handy for Wadi Shab and Bimmah.

We spent a wonderful Christmas Eve at this accommodation and truly enjoyed our stay. We would like to thank the owner for his kindness and proactive approach. Communication was fast and smooth, and it was clear that he truly cared about our comfort throughout the stay. The chalet is located close to the sinkhole and Wadi Shab. The accommodation is modern, new, and very clean, with everything fully functional. We did not use the pool, but it looked pleasant. At the end of our stay, the owner showed us his farm with animals, which was a lovely experience, especially for the children, who even took some papayas. It was a perfect way to end our visit.

There is something quite magical about this location, and the layout is quite lovely, right on the beach, and my goodness swimming in the sea here at sunrise was one of my favourite memories from my trip to Oman. Nasser is a very kind and attentive host, who prepared a nice BBQ fish dinner for us. We saw turtles when we were swimming in the sea.

We were a group of 8. We stayed in the villa for one night and everything was perfect. Cleanliness, comfort, relaxation, everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need. The view was stunning, just steps from the sea. Check-in and check-out were quick and the staff was very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi on the top floor are perfect for a relaxing moment.
