The room and facilities we of a very high quality. Communication with the host before and during our stay was excellent. Location very convenient for Bimma sink hole and Al Arbaieen. Useful to have restaurant downstairs. Perfect stopover.

Newly built hotel, very clean, calm and with a glorious big seating area to admire the view and have eat with follow residents. Fabulous location. Very exciting drive through the mountains - we went up one way and came down the other for the thrill of it.

Lovely swimming pool and spa pool. Modern, luxurious rooms in this new hotel. If your budget can stretch to a pool/seaview room, it would be worth the extra. We had a Mountain View - very nice but no balcony.Breakfast seems to have improved since previous reviews - lots of choice and barista made coffee. Handy for Wadi Shab and Bimmah.

Great clean house with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the front place is wonderful and was great for our kid. The host was really nice and helpful. We really enjoyed it.

There is something quite magical about this location, and the layout is quite lovely, right on the beach, and my goodness swimming in the sea here at sunrise was one of my favourite memories from my trip to Oman. Nasser is a very kind and attentive host, who prepared a nice BBQ fish dinner for us. We saw turtles when we were swimming in the sea.
