A lovely family run hotel just a short walk from the main plaza, all felt very safe. The staff were all friendly and helpful - I didn’t get the name of the man on the front desk but he went above and beyond to help with my stay in Huaraz. Rooms are recently renovated and very clean and modern with good wifi, hot water and balconies.

Andean Hostel on hiljuti renoveeritud hommikusöögiga majutusasutus, mis asub Huarazis, 1,4 km kaugusel Estadio Rosas Pampa staadionist. Hostelil on aed ja aiavaated. Peretubadel on terrass. Very nice staff, rooms, and free breakfast. They were available to let me answer questions. I had a bus leaving late in the evening, so they let me use my room for the day without paying for another night.

Beautifully decorated rooms and large comfortable bed. Staff really knowledgeable and helpful regarding trekking in the area and on the whole a pleasant place to stay!

We are really happy we booked this place and for a very decent price you really get a great experience. First, we were able to check-in very early in the morning when we arrived with the night bus from Lima - around 06:00 am. Thank you for that! We really, really needed the break. Second, we were able to check-out a lot later for 50 soles for both so we could rest until the night bus back to Lima. They were really helpful in booking us a taxi for one of our day trips and the owner took us in his car from the hostel to the bus station when we were leaving since there were no available cabs. The room is small but it's great to relax after crazy days of travel and hiking. We had a really clean private bathroom with probably the best running hot water in our entire Peru trip. The bed was really comfortable. There is a small breakfast included in the price. I wrote to the hosts before traveling and they were very responsive and helped me get in contact with an agency to discuss some hiking opportunities. The week we were there they just opened a bar with some nice activities going on so it's a great place to meet fellow travelers and grab something to drink. We recommend this place very highly!

A delicious breakfast. Beds are clean and comfy, and the staff was so helpful for finding hikes and places to explore. They offer tours as well!

Absolutely fantastic small hotel. Outstanding staff for any request, from tours to delicious breakfast. The common room is a comfortable third space for chatting and meeting fellow travellers.

Just very comfortable. And they look very nice. Ana is very welcoming and helpful person, who not just helps, but really cares. Ana offers lots of different trip options and gives perfect recommendations about adventures in the mountains. If I will ever be back to Huaraz, I will definitely stay in Casa de Ana again.
