As usual, they had a hard time with customers not knowing how to behave at a hostel. Byt thus staff did a marvelous job always with a smile on their face. The restaurant had a great variety of selections. All was lovely and good seating.

The Deluxe Room is very good, clean, and pleasant, with a balcony facing the street. Everything was working well in the room, and we didn’t miss anything. However, the Queen Room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and it didn’t have any windows to the outside of the building. I would suggest staying in the Deluxe Room. The hotel's common facilities are excellent, offering water and tea 24 hours a day. The breakfast is fantastic (the best we had during our entire trip to Peru). In addition to the food being super fresh, the staff who prepare the meals are extremely kind and attentive. The receptionists, especially Corina, are outstanding! They are very efficient and solved every issue we brought to them. They also gave us excellent tips and always tried to help us in the best way possible. Conclusion: Definitely worth the investment. Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service, and excellent breakfast.
