I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were absolutely spotless, even better than in the photos, and the breakfast was fantastic every morning. The location is perfect—walking distance to all the major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Cusco. We loved it so much that we extended our stay! When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! Shoutout to Pillar and the other kind receptionist (I forgot her name, sorry!).

The hotel was so clean that I felt right at home. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the duvet had excellent insulation for the chilly evenings—I didn’t feel cold at all during the night. It was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at in Peru. On top of that, since I was leaving at 6 a.m., they prepared a breakfast package for me, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel also has a kitchen area that guests can use, and you can make tea with hot water. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at MOAF Cusco Boutique Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home in Cusco. The hotel is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located—close enough to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for rest and recovery. What truly made our experience exceptional was Jasmine at the reception. When my husband developed altitude sickness, Jasmine went above and beyond to look after us. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and proactive—checking in on him, offering helpful advice, and making sure we felt supported and cared for at all times. Her calm presence and genuine concern made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. The level of hospitality and human warmth we experienced here is rare. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests, not just as customers but as people. We are deeply grateful to Jasmine and the entire MOAF team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you value comfort, care, and outstanding service.

Really nice room, spacey and clean. Daily cleaning. It was a little off the center( approx 10 minutes) but near the San Blas Mercado, which is nice. The staff was nice and helpful, give us our breakfast to go, the days we were on the road really early. In the night it gets really cold, but the rooms have blankets.
