Great location, very central. Staff were super friendly and polite. They were able to accommodate my gluten dietary restrictions in the breakfast and also they prepared breakfast for us to take away when we had early morning (4-5am) hikes. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff was really great! Super friendly and helpful. Really cozy hotel. Not just the room but there are hangout areas outside the rooms that are very nice to sit in and have a cup of tea. Close to everything in Cusco. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. If you are going out early you can get a breakfast to go in a bag. Good AC. Good wifi.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a little way from the city center. There is no laundry service, but there is a lavanderia less than a minute's walk away. If you request laundry in the morning, it will be ready by the evening of the same day (although this may depend on how busy it is). The main dish for breakfast changes every morning; when I stayed, it was scrambled eggs and pancakes. Both were delicious. When I arrived at 9 p.m., I asked the staff to arrange a tour of the Secret Valley (Valle Sagredo de Los Incas) the next day (highly recommended). They made the tour request on the spot, and I was able to join the tour the next day without any problems. However, it is best to make a reservation in advance, rather than the day before. The room was spacious enough, and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was SPACIOUS! Usually there is little room to put the luggage and move around, this was not the case - amazing! Breakfast had great variety. Staff was great! Was able to leave my luggage (free of charge) at the hotel until the eve. Also, there is a lovely laundry service (Katya) super close - additional bonus.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a delux room and the setting and room were beautiful. There were so many nice touches like turn down service with hot water bottles and staff lighting the fire in our room at night. The spa was great and the treatments were life changing. I can’t fault anything about our experience and all the staff were brilliant. We will be back.

Very nice town, small and calm, clean, local people's are kindly and ready to help. Restaurants is not expensive for tourists and delicious food. One thing you have to know about before go to see Machu Picchu, it's about a clouds, if there's clouds and no sunshine it's trouble, because you'll see nothing but clouds. We are got lucky for half an hour to see that beautiful place.

There are many levels of interest in Pisac: 1) Explore different indigenous spiritual traditions, as well as non- traditional. 2) Learn more about native Andean culture. 3)Access to mountains and Inka ruins. Pisac is very gentrified, with a subculture of diverse spiritual followers. There is an intimacy about the town, which I found most appealing, much better than the large metropolis of Cusco.

We enjoyed walking around in Cusco, feeling the atmosphere, the friendly people, nice cafées, the plazas, the old houses ... Didn't see one single newbuilt ugly house anywhere. Instead loads of old 2 floor houses, a lot of them with beautiful balconys. Also wonderful incawalls in the middle of town, and also on the hillside. It is very easy to get around Cusco by foot. Wouldn't recommend anyone to hire a car and drive there, though! Traffic coming from all sides of the roads. We had nice dinners in some smaller restaurants with great food! The Andean Grill Restaurant had great soup.
