This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. The bed was super extra-large, literally over 2 meters wide. The exceptional breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure guests felt comfortable. We thank them for this wonderful stay

Quechua Plaza Hotel was exactly the kind of accommodation I was looking for. Central to Cusco but not too noisy. A walk away from everything I need and within the hotel pick up radius for activities in Cusco. I'd definitely stay there again. The staff were warm and welcoming even with a 130am check in. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the rainforest shower — such a fantastic way to relax! The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and the train station. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again anytime. Highly recommended!

The room was very comfortable, the view was amazing, the location is PERFECT to buy tickets for the bus going to Machu Picchu and to take this bus! And this is in front off the train station so, the location is really really perfect!!! As we arrived a bit earlier, the staff proposed to us to take our belongings and to being them to the booked room! Thank you!!! Also, the breakfast was wow!!! Very very complete and good!!! I read some people complaining about the train noises, but I didn't need at night to use earplugs so, maybe because I was at the 7 floor, I don't know! Well, you have also shops and restaurants surrounded so, that's a very very good place! I had also hot shower and good pression, all normal for an European person! I was also happy because I was able to have a good rest!! Thank you again!!!

I stayed at this hotel on my first night in Cusco and also on my last night. I found it to be very cozy and comfortable. It was easy to walk to the centre of Cusco from the hotel, and getting an Uber to the airport was convenient. I want to give a special thanks to Franko at the front desk; he was very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially for someone new to a different culture. He assisted me in finding what I needed and helped carry my bags to my room. I particularly appreciated that I could leave my bags at the hotel while waiting a few hours before my flight and also drop them off before checking in.

A new Hotel in a colonial building with some modern touches Comfortable bed and nice pillows I had a room with a balcony, unfortunately it was the rainy season and I could enjoy much

Cannot recommend this Hotel enough. The staff are incredibly helpful and can provide breakfast if leaving early on a track. The location is fantastic being just a couple of minutes walk from the main Square and is very quiet. The breakfast is actually one of the best we’ve had in months of travelling because they offer fresh fruit, ham cheese, good bread coffees, juices. We ordered taxis and tours available. beds already comfy with proper Hotel like duvets and feels a lot more luxurious than what we paid.

The staff was very friendly and prepared to answer all our questions and to give touristic advise. The location is perfect for the ones going to Machu Picchu per bus. The rooms are new and very tidy. We didn't have the chance to try the normal breakfast, but they prepared a take away for us, since we were leaving very early. Highly recommended this simple and affordable hotel!

Excellent stay at this hotel, the room was lovely, very clean and spacious. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Shower was great! Our host Yaned was extremely attentive! We were heading out for a trip to the Rainbow Mountains at 4am and despite the early hour Yaned offered to make a take away breakfast before we left. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and plentiful. The room was cosy, and hot water bottles were placed in the beds in the evening. The location was fantastic, just around the corner from Iglesis de San Pedro. I would highly recommend this place for your visit to Cusco.

Very comfortable rooms and nice thick blankets to keep warm at night. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely, great selection for free breakfast. Location was perfect in the San Blas neighbourhood near great restaurants and cafes.

Why would you stay in a hotel when you can stay at Nao Victoria hostel??? It is a most charming, friendly, inclusive and nice place to stay. I stayed 2+1 night. Johan at the front desk helped me with everything; baggage storage while I was at the Salkantay trek, taxi to airport, comfortable bed (lower bunker bed in six persons room). I appreciated very much the delicious and rich breakfast and the personnel in the restaurant. They probably make e.g. probably the best and less costly pisco sour in Peru. I heartily recommend Nao Victoria to any friendly person. Young or older, black or white, male or female or …
