This is my second time stay here. I really like this hotel. The staff are very friendly. For example, when I arrived, they immediately gave me a cup of coca tea before checking in. Or when I wear a big coat to have breakfast, they immediately put a mobile heater next to me for me to use. Highly recommend this accommodation.

I had the immense pleasure of staying at this charming colonial-style hotel during my recent visit to the city of Cusco. From the moment I crossed its majestic doors, I was embraced by the warm and hospitable atmosphere that characterizes this place. Every corner of the hotel exudes a timeless elegance that harmoniously combines with modern amenities, providing a dreamlike experience. The hotel staff deserves a special mention. Their professionalism and dedication are palpable in every detail, from the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms to the personalized attention in every interaction. Each member of the staff seems to work in perfect harmony, creating an environment of collaboration and excellence that results in a truly memorable experience for guests. I would like to especially thank the reception team, whose cordial and efficient service facilitated my stay from the very first moment. Also, the housekeeping team, whose diligence and meticulousness ensured that each day began in a clean and welcoming environment. Last but not least, the restaurant staff, whose kindness and high-quality cuisine made every meal a true celebration. In summary, my brief stay at this hotel not only met but exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this establishment to any traveler seeking a haven of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. Daniel & Ewelina ZAPATA

The hotel is beautiful. The charm of the old, with the comfort of the modern rooms. The concierge service was great for the tours and restaurants. Our driver during the transfers was great, as was our guide Hugo! We had an amazing time. The restaurant inside the hotel is great, as well as the one at Monastério (which is also a Belmond across the street). The complimentary mini bar is a great addition and we loved the small surprises/ beauty products in our room. You will see a lot of small details like covers on the water balls or small attentions during the turndown service.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a delux room and the setting and room were beautiful. There were so many nice touches like turn down service with hot water bottles and staff lighting the fire in our room at night. The spa was great and the treatments were life changing. I can’t fault anything about our experience and all the staff were brilliant. We will be back.

Very nice town, small and calm, clean, local people's are kindly and ready to help. Restaurants is not expensive for tourists and delicious food. One thing you have to know about before go to see Machu Picchu, it's about a clouds, if there's clouds and no sunshine it's trouble, because you'll see nothing but clouds. We are got lucky for half an hour to see that beautiful place.

There are many levels of interest in Pisac: 1) Explore different indigenous spiritual traditions, as well as non- traditional. 2) Learn more about native Andean culture. 3)Access to mountains and Inka ruins. Pisac is very gentrified, with a subculture of diverse spiritual followers. There is an intimacy about the town, which I found most appealing, much better than the large metropolis of Cusco.

We enjoyed walking around in Cusco, feeling the atmosphere, the friendly people, nice cafées, the plazas, the old houses ... Didn't see one single newbuilt ugly house anywhere. Instead loads of old 2 floor houses, a lot of them with beautiful balconys. Also wonderful incawalls in the middle of town, and also on the hillside. It is very easy to get around Cusco by foot. Wouldn't recommend anyone to hire a car and drive there, though! Traffic coming from all sides of the roads. We had nice dinners in some smaller restaurants with great food! The Andean Grill Restaurant had great soup.
