La camera era anche estremamente silenziosa, non ci siamo accorti degli altri ospiti fino a vederli a colazione, e non abbiamo sentito rumori provenire da fuori. A piedi in meno di 10 minuti si visita il centro, con ristoranti, bar e negozietti di artigianato.

We booked this place because of its location next to the airport, and it's so convenient if you have a very early flight the next day. The location around might seem a bit shady, but it's actually a guarded condo, so we felt super safe. The house is very big and offers all comforts. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and the living room and outdoor space are great for a lovely dinner with friends. We also used the pool, and the water was warm and clean. To top it all, the owner was the loveliest host we've met: he helped us get dinner ordered, as well as a taxi for the next day.

The owners of kukama lodge were so accomadating. They helped with anything we asked or offered when we hadn’t even. The paintings Pablo has done around the place are stunning and they offer so much knowledge and stories about their kukama people. The place is a lovely rustic oasis to relax in. The locals around were also very lovely and cooked delicious food. Highly recommend this place, even if it a little far from Iquitos.

I was blown away by Wilson’s kindness and help - as a tour operator himself he knows all the important things to tell those of us who are off into the wilds or around Peru and is very generous with his time and advice. He and his wife are invaluably helpful. 10 out of 10.

We had a nice stay here for x4 nights before our tour of the Amazon. It was nice to be somewhere peaceful so that we could properly relax & rest before our adventure.
