First of all, the family is incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly, it was one of my best stays ever. Even though Camiguin itself was just okay for me, this place made the whole experience amazing. I stayed in the dorm – but it doesn’t feel like a typical dorm. You get a big, comfy bed in a big room, with plenty of personal space. There’s a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals – just buy groceries and you’re good to go. Save a lot of money The place is super clean – they clean constantly, probably more than needed! I also rented a motorbike from them in a good price and great condition. The location is right in front of the beach, about 10 minutes driving from town. But honestly, there’s not much to do in town anyway, so it’s not a big deal. Summary: If you’re coming to Camiguin – YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!

Con vista sulla montagna, Bat Tree Cottages prevede un alloggio con terrazza, a circa 2,6 km da Spiaggia di White Island. La ragazza che gestisce i cottage in loco é stata disponibilissima per ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura è veramente pulitissima. Avevamo paura di avere caldo senza condizionatore ma i cottage sono molto areati per cui anche ad agosto si sta benissimo. C’è anche una cucina privata a disposizione e la verandina fuori.

Posizionato a Mambajao, a 30 metri da Agoho Beach, Bahandi Beach Lodge mette a disposizione un giardino e parcheggio privato gratuito. Assolutamente tutto! L'accoglienza ricevuta dal meraviglioso staff, la posizione, la pulizia della struttura. Ci sono solo 4 stanze, il che rende molto intimo e privato il soggiorno. Meravigliosa area in comune dove sedersi o praticare yoga/pilates. C'è un accesso diretto alla spiaggia ma non la consiglio per nuotare vista la presenza di molte barche di pescatori. Lo staff mi ha aiutato con il servizio lavanderia e a noleggiare uno scooter per girare l'isola (imprescindibile). Colazione composta da uova, frutta e una meravigliosa marmellata fatta in casa ad un prezzo più che accettabile! Non c'è un ristorante, ma consiglio vivamente di andare all'Abang Eatery, poco distante, dove cucinano deliziosamente per pochi pesos, o al ihaw-ihaw di fronte alla strada dove prendere la barca per la White Island!

Great base to explore Camiguin, very clean, comfortable chalet bungalows with eco vibes, instant hot water for showers, reasonably priced and located near Ardent Springs. Responsive owner, Domenico has been in the hospitality business some time and it shows with the pride and attention to detail in his property. Moped rental recomemded 5-10 minutes to White Island port and the airport. Cute resident dogs are a bonus :-) Starlink installation has recently happened so it would make a good base for nomads, given that and the bungalow size, bedroom, dining (work) area and outdoor space.

This place is probably one of the best I have ever experienced in the Philippines. The views, the place and the rooms were great, but the best of it was how welcoming the team was. We felt like we were visiting a family member. From the very beginning they picked us up from the airport, they helped us and explained everything in a very personal way. We had an array of transportation possibilities facilitated by the team. The rooms and the facilities were all properly clean and they were well equipped to cover for all needs. The breakfast was simply the best we have had so far around the country. It was big, it was tasty and nicely presented. Overall it was an amazing experience and we are so thankful for the treatment we received.

Balihao Resort presenta una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una zona spiaggia privata e una terrazza a Mambajao. This is one of the best resorts in Camiguin - if not the best. You will not see many reviews because it is a brand new resort. That worried me a bit initially. But after getting there it was obvious this is a great place to stay in the island.
