The staff are wonderful and easy to communicate with! We love that the place is further away from the busy area but still easy to get to even without a car. The accommodation is very comfortable, with amazing views.

Breakfast was good. Room is really very nice and bed is very comfortable. Location is quiet and easy to find . Very good swimming pool ! Staff is really very polite, accommodating, and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to all those who will go to San Juan , L.U. . Definitely will stay in this hotel again !

A Bed & Breakfast stay that offers exceptional vacation experience.We came as a family of 6 plus 1 child. Mr. Arman and Mrs. Therese Martinez and all of the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Serene and quiet place to stay plus the rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Much like your home away from home. And the food they offer are superb especially the vigan longganisa, turon and leche flan😊. Parking space is for free. Will definitely come back.

The guest house was comfy, homey, clean, & cool. Staff & owner were kind & friendly. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves most of the time. The kids had a lovely time in the pool. The place is pretty with lots of trees, plants, & flowers in bloom. Our stay was relaxing & fun. We hope to come back as a bigger group & stay longer.

Clean and beachfront accommodation, near all bars and restaurants. The place is very clean and spacious, good for big groups/families. Kuya Darwin was especially pleasant and informative.

It is a very peaceful place with lots of space for people to pause their lives to relax into. All the staff were helpful. To name some would be Marilyn and Raymond’s hospitality that made our stay hassle free and worth the wait. I am just visiting the Philippines and this is one of the few places i’d come back to in the future.
