Situé à Gilgit, l’établissement Oak Residency possède un salon commun et une terrasse. Second stay in this excellent hotel and we can confirm the previous review. Room clean and comfortable. Very quiet, not close to the centre but there are taxis not far. Lunch and dinner available upon request, and you can have them in a nice terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains. Most of all, the kind assistance of the owner in any situation. For example he has provided personally the transport from/to the airport and help for changing money. We could also leave here a bag with some unuseful stuff while we were hiking on the mountains.

Super friendly , caring , and let me leave some luggage’s for a few weeks while I was trekking . Rooms are big and super affordable . Thanks so much for taking care of your customer that well !

The room with a balcony offered breathtaking views of Rakaposhi and Diran Mountain – waking up to that scenery was a dream. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, making it feel like a true retreat. The staff were amazing, especially Amir, who was thoughtful and seemed to anticipate all my needs. I initially booked for one night but ended up staying for a month because of the peaceful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Karimabad Bazaar. A special thank to the owner, Noushad, who went above and beyond to help me organize my trips, guide, taxidriver and make sure I had everything I needed. This is by far the most peaceful place in Karimabad, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!"

I booked a room for one night in white Apricot Lodge and end up stay 3 nights, The staff are so friendly and reception available anytime. They guided me and helped me navigating the city with their best suggestions. I highly recommend it for solo travelers and backpackers. Thank you for having me and I would highly recommend this place if you visiting Hunza.

The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. The best part was the villa’s location — close enough to explore famous spots like Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Shigar Fort, yet secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway in the mountains. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple seeking quiet, or a group chasing northern adventure, Creek Villa offers something special: a slice of Skardu that feels like home.

The place itself is in the center, the view is amazing. The rooms are big, clean and the property quiet. It's not luxurious , but you feel at home. The bed was very comfortable. Electricity is not 24h but you can still charge your devices any time you want.

Our stay at North Field Resort near the airport turned out to be one of the most comforting and memorable experiences of our trip. What truly elevated our entire visit was the exceptional hospitality of Shabbir, the very young owner who treats every guest with a level of care and respect that many established hotels fail to match. One thing that genuinely surprised us was the complimentary pick-and-drop service. Shabbir personally came all the way to Tibet Hotel in Kachura to pick us up and later dropped us at the airport. The ride was incredibly smooth and comfortable, and the gesture itself spoke volumes about his generosity and commitment to guest satisfaction. The resort is wonderfully budget-friendly yet equipped with every essential amenity—press, hair dryer, clean rooms, inverter with backup generator, and all the comforts a traveler could hope for. Despite the affordability, nothing felt compromised. Everything was neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. And the food—absolutely delicious. Each meal tasted fresh and was prepared with real care, making us feel right at home. What stands out most is Shabbir’s attitude. His polite, accommodating nature and genuine desire to ensure guests feel welcomed sets a powerful example for anyone in the hospitality field. He may be young, but he’s running the resort with wisdom and dedication that can inspire many.
