I had such a great stay here! The price is very good for what you get. The room is big, very clean, and even has a balcony with an amazing mountain view. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The owner is incredibly nice. He replied to messages very quickly and even invited me to hang out with his friends, which was so kind and made me feel very welcome. I also had dinner and breakfast here. Both were good, dinner was a big portion and very tasty! The chef is very polite and nice, which made the experience even better. The location is not bad at all - it’s walkable to the market area, so it’s easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret staying here!

The attendant was very good. His customer service skills were amazing. International standards very polite because of him in giving this place a 10/10 although there was some issue with electricity but his politeness made up for that

The rooms were very comfy and clean. The surrounding area was very peaceful. The owners were super helpful and arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and arranged other excursions for us. The food was delicious. Very good experience here!

The place itself is in the center, the view is amazing. The rooms are big, clean and the property quiet. It's not luxurious , but you feel at home. The bed was very comfortable. Our stay at North Field Resort near the airport turned out to be one of the most comforting and memorable experiences of our trip. What truly elevated our entire visit was the exceptional hospitality of Shabbir, the very young owner who treats every guest with a level of care and respect that many established hotels fail to match. One thing that genuinely surprised us was the complimentary pick-and-drop service. Shabbir personally came all the way to Tibet Hotel in Kachura to pick us up and later dropped us at the airport. The ride was incredibly smooth and comfortable, and the gesture itself spoke volumes about his generosity and commitment to guest satisfaction. The resort is wonderfully budget-friendly yet equipped with every essential amenity—press, hair dryer, clean rooms, inverter with backup generator, and all the comforts a traveler could hope for. Despite the affordability, nothing felt compromised. Everything was neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. And the food—absolutely delicious. Each meal tasted fresh and was prepared with real care, making us feel right at home. What stands out most is Shabbir’s attitude. His polite, accommodating nature and genuine desire to ensure guests feel welcomed sets a powerful example for anyone in the hospitality field. He may be young, but he’s running the resort with wisdom and dedication that can inspire many.
