Very friendly staff, clean and tight. We used the meeting rooms that where well equipped and had good coffee and sweats. The bed are very good and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Location near the center but quiet.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The location is perfect—very close to the city center, yet in a quiet area. The rooms and all the hotel’s interiors are stylish, with great attention to detail. The SPA offers many facilities and is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was just amazing, with a large variety of choices.

That was my second time when I stayed here. Which already means that I loved my previous experience there. But if you have heavy luggage, pay attentionto the fact that you have to carry it using stairs, there is no elevator. But in general, for a traveller who needs cozy a place to stay in Katowice, this is a great place :)
