We liked everything. Arrival was very slick, no check-in just enter the codes provided and enter the apartment. The entrance area and lift were scrupulously clean, tidy and well lit. Our apartment was on the third floor and was an attic conversion. It was very well designed and had absolutely everything you could need. The fridge was well stocked for breakfast the following morning and this was restocked throughout our stay. Fresh bread was left every morning in a bag outside our door. Full marks for a wonderful experience.

This hotel, in a beautifully renovated part of a centuries-old monastery, was one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in. The renovation has been expertly done, and respects the architecture and feel of the monastery, and the interior decoration and furnishings complement the architecture. Beautiful spacious one-bedroom apartment. Location was perfect, the room was very clean and nicely decorated we felt incredibly comfortable staying here. Ricardo was very helpful and accommodating. I really recommend to stay here whoever visiting Coimbra.
