Quinta São Luiz The Vine House Douro ligger i Tabuaço och erbjuder en pool, en terrass, en restaurang, gratis WiFi och utsikt över floden. Breakfast are okay but no surprise. The room is comfortable and we forgot to close window so there were a a bunch of bugs flying in our room. Fortunately, there is still the last vacant room that day, and the hotel also quickly changed the room for us.

Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma, vänliga och kunniga (om mat och dryck, utflyktsmål, rutter mm).

Paraiso Douro ligger i Lamego, 5,6 km från Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary och 14 km från Douro Museum, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, en trädgård med en terrass, stadsutsikt och tillgång till en... Magiskt vacker utsikt! Fina rum och stor skyddad balkong.

O Cantinho do Colégio - Dourocollege ligger 16 minuters promenad från Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary i Lamego och erbjuder boende med luftkonditionering och gratis WiFi. Accomodation was very large, nicely and well equiped. Clean and in the center of city. We didnt met the owner but comunication with them was perfect.

Original Douro Hotel ligger i Peso da Régua, 4 minuters promenad från Douro Museum, och har en terrass, bar och utsikt över staden. Charmigt hotell med en fantastisk personal!!

Imaginário d'El Rei ligger i Mesão Frio, 35 minuters bilresa från Lamego. Här erbjuds en säsongsöppen utomhuspool och en solterrass. Ett fantastiskr boende. Underbar utsikt med en magisk pool. Värden var så hjälpsam och det kändes som man kom hem. Frukosten är den bästa vi fått i Portugal.

Delfim Douro ligger på en bergstopp med panoramautsikt och erbjuder lyxigt boende med egen balkong och utsikt över floden Douro. Great view and location, good breakfast.

Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. the staff was amazing and very helpful

Douro Hotel Porto Antigo ligger i en historisk byggnad vid floden Douro. Här finns en utomhuspool och en restaurang som serverar europeiska rätter. Massagebehandlingar erbjuds också. The location of this hotel is spectacular, right between the historical River Douro and River Bestança, close to the incredible N-222 road. Had an amazing view from my room during my stay. As it was off season, the hotel was pretty empty, which was not a problem as I was able to get great breakfast and dinner in the property. There's free parking right next to the hotel. There are many small towns nearby to get supplies if needed and great opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food ligger i en historisk herrgård, och omges av en trädgård och vingårdar. Anläggningen har utsikt över den natursköna Dourodalen. I can only endorse what other reviewers have said. This is a fabulous experience if you stay for at least 2 nights and get to know travellers from other countries. Great food, wine & port.....all free flowing & generously dispensed by the affable Miguel. Just book it now, you won't regret it !
