We were in the big appartment T2 and felt really like home, as it has all facilities you need. The kitchen is well equipped (we cooked a lot, as you get local fresh fish in Madalena for very good price). There are also barbecue facilities which we didn't use because it was rainy. You have an ocean view from every room and we really enjoyed those views, also watching the waves on a rainy day. We used the whirlpool too, which is shared by all the apartments. On most days, we were the only guests. The whirlpool has a sea view too, however, you cannot see much from there, as the cover is fogged up because of the steam. Stilm, the cover is good as it protects you from rain and wind. There are some cats outside coming and asking for food :) One day, we had a visit of lizards between the stones of one of the walls. Apparently, they were hiding from the rain (it was pouring outside). A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry room. All in all: you have everything you need there. And also, the apartment is just nice: very good design additionally to the views that you have.
