L’alloggio rispecchia fedelmente quanto indicato nella descrizione, superando le aspettative sotto molti aspetti. Situato nell’affascinante area desertica settentrionale del Qatar, il resort rappresenta una perfetta combinazione di comfort e tranquillità, ideale per chi desidera un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali e più: ristorazione eccellente sia a buffet che alla carta, campi sportivi, una SPA che offre momenti rigeneranti e un’area privata verde che si apre sulla splendida spiaggia di Mesaieed, attrezzata. Ogni angolo del resort è curato con grande attenzione, la pulizia è impeccabile e il personale si distingue per professionalità, cordialità e autentica premura verso gli ospiti. Un dettaglio che ho particolarmente apprezzato è stato il gesto, inaspettato e molto gradito, al momento del checkout: la direzione mi ha omaggiato con alcune bustine di Karak, il tè tradizionale qatariota, ricordandosi che nei giorni precedenti avevo espresso quanto lo apprezzassi. Un piccolo gesto, ma che dice molto sull’attenzione e la cura che questo resort dedica ai suoi ospiti.

What a magnificent and magical hotel, from the moment we arrived we were transported to literal paradise in the desert. The villa was beautiful and incredibly well decorated (we truly felt like explorers!) with a big private pool, the food was fantastic and abundant (particularly the breakfast: what a feast!), and the staff were all extremely professional, kind and efficient. The hotel also offered plenty of activities to truly enjoy the desert. We tried sand boarding and buggy driving in the desert and they were such a highlight! We had a fantastic stay at the Outpost and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

TIME Rako Hotel is a four-star property having sea or city view and the Al Wakra family beach is located 5minutes drive from the Hotel. Showcasing a rooftop pool. I like the environment and also Mr. Mousim who was in the reception he was very kind and helped us within our stay period.. Thanks Time rako for your good service

The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both friendly and hands-on, always ready to assist with a smile. A truly relaxing and well-maintained place to stay.
