The owner was very nice and responsive. We had some issues with the sheets and the owner solved it quickly, the cleaning lady coming in abiut 10 minutes and changing the sheets. The flat is quiet, you are right next to the mountain (fresh air), and you can make the rooms dark for a good rest :).
