Every thing work properly, tv, air condition, lights, etc.. pick up the phone and call any department in the hotel, and they will answer promptly, and they are very comptent and efficient. It is very quiet inside the room, which could be an indication of heavy investment in sound insulation. Haven't tried their food, so I can't judge.
