Perfect and very peaceful location between Visby and Fåro. Amazing breakfast with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly warm and kind, who will make you feel at home. Some outside games you can play was a plus. We even got to see a hedgehog at night sneaking around by luck.

Three nights were not enough! For us Strandakar made for an ideal home base for exploring the island’s many treasures. Our hosts Charlotte and Lars were the perfect guides in helping us make the most of our days. Breakfasts and dinners were both beautifully prepared and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. For all of Strandakar’s charms and beauty, it is the hosts are the magic that makes this place special and one to return to again.
