Parking in the garage was convenient and we didn’t have to worry about snow or cold outside, so worth paying that extra for the comfort. We booked a slot in Vana SPA - simply perfect, worth the extra pay: a small but reasonable pool as the number of guests at a time is limited, not crowded, a good sauna and cold-plunge bath, cozy bathrobes, individual/pair chézlongs with big towels, drinks and light snack for extra pay and most importantly - a super welcoming and caring personnel. The lady that worked on the evening 22/11/2025 was fantastic! The same goes for all the other staff that we met - friendly and welcoming indeed, thank you for that! Also bed was perfect for us as we enjoy a bit more steady madrases. When back home I thought of reaching out to hotel and asking the type of madrases that they have and maybe replacing one at our home :) I think we had a deluxe double room with a sofa bed for our son, it was big enough, clean and we got a small welcome note from the hotel - it made us feel welcomed and candies made our son super happy. Breakfast had plenty of choices so we were happy there as well.
