The house is beautiful and has been refurbished to a high standard. It was perfectly clean and it was great for us to find a spacious room to accommodate our family of 5. Breakfast was excellent with a good continental selection and freshly cooked eggs. Maribor is a pretty city with a relaxed feel.. The b and b has lovely views of the river. We made use of the free bike-sharing scheme (there is a drop-off point right next to the b and b). We cycled along the river to the outdoor pool, which was great to cool off. There are lots of restaurants within short walking distance and also a supermarket next door. The owners were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed reading about the history of the building in our room. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to come back one day.

Surrounded by a large green surface with wooden benches, the bright Panorama B&B come with free WiFi, LCD satellite TV and a terrace. Friendliness and politeness of the lady that welcomed us, despite the error I did while booking. We arrived one day before the booking and well after the check-in time, but the room was ready and it has been given to us, first the single night we spent there. The place is exceptionally quiet, the position is great, it's clean and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had during my stays. The products are almost all self grown or made. The city is at walking distance among the greens and the panorama is gorgeous!

Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Really great spacious family apartments! The hosts really friendly! They gave us some snacks and bottled water for our trip as a gift! Great breakfast! Sadly we didn't taste the pizza they are offering in restaurant area.

Just 4.5 km from the centre of Maribor, the family-run Motel Lesnik offers a spa area and a miniature golf course. Free WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms. A lovely place held by very nice people. We had a perfect family room, two big separate bedrooms, a big enough bathroom with a spacious shower. The garden, minigolf and playground were a great surprise.
