The property is gorgeous and with an amazing view, all the way to the ocean. The staff is very kind and helpful!

Casa Luis está en São Tomé y ofrece vistas al jardín, piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. En la habitación en casa particular, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son... Está muy cerca del aeropuerto por lo que para una primera estancia de trámite es perfecto. Nosotros lo aprovechamos más que eso ya que el trato que nos dieron fué muy bueno y como teniamos que ir a Principe nos facilitó mucho el estar cerca del aeropuerto y también visitar todo el norte de la isla. Te sirven un buen desayuno y un punto importante es que puedes lavar ropa allí mismo, así puedes ahorrarte la mitad de la maleta. El sr. Luis siempre nos dió un trato muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, a parte del personal de limpieza y guarda, el alojamiento lo lleva el solo con su mujer y no molestan para nada por lo que estás practicamente como en casa. Muy contentos de nuestra estancia en casa Luis🤣

Due to an unforeseen change of plans, we booked our stay just a few hours before arriving. Joao contacted me right away via WhatsApp to let us know he wouldn’t be there initially, but he made sure someone was expecting us and ready to greet us. This excellent communication continued throughout our stay. Joao’s hospitality was the standout—he was always available for anything we needed and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, bread and eggs, (and even soya yoghurt—which he had gone out especially to get for me as a vegetarian) Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, and we could hear the waves crashing as we fell asleep—I slept really well here. The location is in a village, and although we don’t speak Portuguese, the locals were very friendly. We even enjoyed a drink at the local bar and felt very safe the entire time.

Although we didn’t meet the owner Ane in person she was responding promptly on Whatsup and arranging everything needed.
