This is a beautiful newly renovated building, absolutely gorgeous with wonderful beds and bedding and a lovely set up. The location is SO good. You will not be disappointed. As well, all the staff were so accommodating as our flight was cancelled and our next flight wasn't until late the next day. They checked us in late that night and went through everything and then the next day kept our luggage after check out and then visited with us and got us a cab back to the airport. SO KIND.

I loved the hotel in general the pictures did not do it justice. I stayed here on a solo trip and felt very safe. The staff were nice and did speak some English so that made me feel comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous from the lobby to the rooms. It was clean and cozy. The location was good as well next to Agora Mall and Caribe Tours station if you want to city hop. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again went I go to DR.

Manager met us in parking lot with the keys, helped us bring our luggage in, and tour of apartment. He helped me set up PayPal to pay bill. He gave me his phone number and said to call if we needed anything. When we asked if there was a nearby place to eat or get food, he gave us a ride there!!! Very nice and helpful man. Would not hesitate to recommend Residencial Marilopez! Thank you Aneury!
