AMAZING FOOD, wonderful friendly staff, beautiful low-key resort which felt authentic and relaxed. Very hard to fault anything!!

This place will always stay in our memory. We are so glad we chose to spend 2 weeks in the Baiyok house! This is a family run guesthouse, and they care about their guests comfort a lot, we felt at home here. We booked a triple room that had quite a nice view, and it was quiet and clean. The AC worked fine. Everything worked perfectly. The beds are hard but really comfortable. The communication was always great despite the language barrier. Shared kitchen has a fridge when we stored our fruit and drinks. There are also some necessities in the kitchen: snacks, cups, sometimes fresh fruit, tea, cooler with hot and cold water. A few times they cooked delicious local breakfast for all of the guests. My friend got sick, and the host offered her support and care, booked a taxi to the hospital for us. The location is great, a lot of restaurants nearby, the beautiful Long beach is a short walk away. The guesthouse helped us book taxis, transfers and tours. We are very happy we spent our time here and it was a bit sad to leave. I hope we can come back here one day!

We stayed here for 6 nights with my girlfriend, visiting Koh Lanta to enjoy the island, beaches, and to do some remote work. From the moment we booked, the accommodation was incredibly helpful, arranging transport from the airport for us. Upon arrival, the owners greeted us warmly, and it immediately felt like a wonderful place to stay. In Koh Lanta, getting around requires a scooter, and they offered rentals directly on-site, which we had a lot of fun using. They also help organize tours around the island and even provide laundry services, making our stay all the more convenient. The room was outstanding—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was a perfect spot to cool down and relax. I also used the facilities for remote work, and they worked great for my needs. Overall, it was an exceptional stay. A huge thank you to the friendly and caring owners who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Truly nothing to dislike—I highly recommend Tum Mai Kaew Lanta Resort to anyone visiting Koh Lanta!

The room was cosy and the balcony great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They helped with boat tickets and scooters and made our stay great.
