Beautiful grounds, right on the beach, close to shops and restaraunts.

Sensationel view ( ocean view bungalow right at the sea), incredible breakfast and restaurant (seriously do eat lunch there!), super friendly personnel. Other people complaining you can't swim in front of the resort - that's rubbish, you can snorkel there and sandy beach for laying around is 100m down the coast. We would come back anytime and actually prolonged our stay one night longer than originally planned.

We had such a great stay! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful sea view Room for our anniversary, which was a fantastic surprise — super stylish and comfortable. We also tried the ice bath and sauna experience, and it was amazing — refreshing and totally worth it. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend both the stay and the wellness area if you’re staying here!

Our stay at ZOUT Villas was absolutely phenomenal. We loved everything about the place. The villas are very clean, beautiful, spacious, and recently renovated — they truly feel brand-new. They also have an mini bar with huge variety of snacks and drinks available. They are incredibly comfortable, with a wonderful sense of privacy thanks to the generous space between each villa. The location couldn’t be better. The property is set right on the beach, and what a stunning beach it is — with breathtaking views of the islands just in front. At the same time, it’s only a short distance from the city center, where you can find everything you might need. The entire property is huge, very well maintained, spotless, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The privacy is excellent, as the villas are thoughtfully spaced apart, allowing you to relax without disturbances. The staff is exceptionally warm and friendly, always welcoming and ready to help. The owners are truly wonderful people — incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our experience even more special. ZOUT Villas also offer a variety of services and activities. They have motorbikes available for rent, and they work with several partners so guests can easily book tours and adventures — from speedboat trips to explore the surrounding islands, to elephant encounters, kite surfing, sightseeing, and much more. There is never a shortage of things to do. The restaurant is fantastic. The chef, Cho, is extremely friendly and talented. She prepares delicious dishes, beautifully cooked and full of flavor. Every meal was a delight. In summary, our experience at ZOUT Villas was outstanding in every way. Beautiful accommodation, perfect location, amazing staff, excellent food, and endless activities — we absolutely loved our stay.

We ended up in Koh Phangan for NYE and getting a hotel was difficult and pricey. We found this place a little off the beaten path and with ZERO reviews so we were hesitant to book. We are SO happy we did. We've been traveling for 30 days GO GO GO and this was a nice retreat from the busyness. Every inch of this place has paid exceptional attention to detail in layout and decor. The bed is super comfy, everything is new, the pool is awesome and the staff is 100% amazing! We will be back!

10/10 🫶🏾 What a perfect bungalow. Absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, and located in a peaceful, quiet area. It’s managed by a lovely lady, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We stayed for two nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely next time. We were welcomed with a fresh coconut from their land, such a special touch. Always smiling ☺️ Loved everything about this place.
