He was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had, making communication so easy and smooth. We truly felt welcomed and at home. Excellent place to spend a vacation! I cannot speak more highly about the kind and helpful people at the hotel. Everyone was so genuinely nice and sincere, especially Sunay, the office manager, and the all the hotel personnel really. I remember their kind faces, their smiles and their warmth. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to my family and friends and plan to be back next summer.
