Dear All, I decided to go to Turkey for the Dec holidays to ski, i went online to book for our stay. They had lots of options but one captured my attention cause of the cosy feel it gave from the pics and they did not disappoint. From the welcome at the reception to your own cabin in the woods assisted by the friendly porter and finally dinner at their restaurant everything was flawless and soo welcoming. Hotel facilities are great rooms are very clean and quite, peaceful, hotel food is really nice, reception service is really good special thanks to Mr.Muslum and his team and Ms.Ipek for guest service.Food is really delicious i will definitely come.back here for stay this is one of the best hotel in uludag

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

The staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent with lots of choice, the rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Skiing works differently from Europe with ski equipment hired by the day (1750 TRY for skis boots & poles - or 1500 if you don't need boots - 250 TRY discount for cash). Staff put the boots on for you and take them off - we thought this could be an issue thinking we might have to wait each day - but this was not the case as there was always someone on hand to help quickly. The pistes are not maintained like Europe but may suit borders more as snow is not compacted. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes.

The staff were amazing and very sincere in addressing any questions and requests, cant thank them enough for making our stay perfect. The food was very good.
