Gokhan was so helpful and friendly - he upgraded my room for free and helped me with where to go/bus routes etc. The hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast was good too.

Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I don't remember all the names, nevertheless, the reception lady, Tuba, and the staff, Turgut bey were kind and great. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and shop.
