The staff at the Bayview hotel was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were a great resource during our stay and wonderful to talk to! The hotel was well located close to Qixingtan Beach. Our room had a great view and the hotel breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!

the management was there waiting for us when we arrived, was very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant: they took us to our room, they welcomed us in the dining room with a warm welcome speech, the food was delicious specially the duck was amazing, there was a soprano singer of very high level which gave a wonderful atmosphere during dinner, there was also a scientist on the roof top to give explanation about the stars and the telescope,... I think I can say we have never been welcomed so warmly in a hotel

We booked 2 nights here as we liked the look of the common area. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and do some work and the hotel suited us perfectly for that. The rooms themselves were also very comfortable with lots of natural light. The surrounding area was lovely for walking and it was only 10mins drive into the city. We would definitely stay again if back in Hualien

Pleasant accommodation, everything was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, as the hotel has automatic check-in.

This homestay is very modern, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Some of the best nights of sleep my parents had during our Taiwan trip were at this homestay. The staff are also very helpful on LINE, assisting in arranging taxis. The free bicycles were also nice.

Both the hostel and our room felt spacious and clean, and everything worked. The hostel is in a quiet back street, but a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the station. There is a garage to secure store bicycles when not in use. Isabella the host speaks perfect English and is super helpful. There are lots of small touches too, like free snacks, hot drinks and games, and individual shoe boxes. We would highly recommend Ruisui Moo Hostel, especially if you are cycling around Taiwan.

Great location (5 minutes from the Hualien station), very helpful and friendly owner, firm and comfy bed, and clean bathrooms. We had a nice conversation with the owner while we hang out in the lobby waiting for our train schedule.

The reception staff is considerate and welcoming. The room and bed is very clean although the room is not very sound proof. Fortunately they also provide ear-pods for sleeping well . I love the outdoor area in floor 7 , I brought some fruits and sat on the bar table , enjoyed the green and the mountain in rural area, made me feel very relaxed , it's a good place for solo travel.
