We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Hualien. We were very impressed with the staff and the professional way they handled the whole situation. The rooms were good sized and comfortable. We were happy to find out that they had a supper offer from 8:00-10:00pm and the added bonus of having washing machines and dryers without extra charge made the name of the hotel so fitting. We made use of the all day cafe where we could sit and discuss what we were going to do because the roads to the North were closed. We decided to stay one more night and enjoy the excellent hospitality.

Room very big and very confortable bed. Happy that hotel propose dinner on top of the breakfast in my case included in price. Location close to the train station and about 10min by taxi to the night market. All in all happy with my stay and I would recommend.

The lady on reception was so helpful and gave us lots of tips for Hualien. Very nice room, comfy beds and excellent value for money. Free snacks and drinks were a bonus too. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks!

Really great location, one min walk to the bus terminal and 5 mins away from train station. Very modern hostel and everything looked new and chic.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is easily reached by bus from the main railway station and is next to a promenade that leads directly to the night market and the beautiful coastal area within a short walk.

It is located in the center of Hualien, easy to explore the city by walk. The room is spacious and clean. There is a laundry shop in front of the property.

Really nice mystery theme of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Good location and nearby the trainstation (5 minutes by bus), 15 minutes walk to the nightmarket and easy to drive by motorbike to Taroko National Park. We enjoyed our stay!

if weather conditions are good, seeing the sunrise from our room would have been nice!

Staff are really nice and helpful. I have planned a birthday surprise for my girl, I have booked a cake and they have bring the cake to the room right in time. I am lucky I have stayed in this hotel !!
