Bed and pillow was firm and comfortable. Unlike the other hotel. Hot spring tub doesn’t have any smell. Amazing stay! Will definitely visit again :)

the location of the hotel is really good. it is close to the train station and lots of good restaurants nearby. the hot spring pool is really nice. we enjoyed our stay.

A lovely stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with hot and cold spring, though I was not a really big fan of the iron hot spring due to its smell. I particularly liked how they tried their best to be sustainable and only provided amenities upon request during check in. It's important to support sustainability efforts.

Service location food facilities were excellent. Everything is taken care of including having towels available at the pools The night buffet was very good quality but the zen garden restaurant chefs menu was even better. The hotel also had a lot of free activities for guests which included hiking tour and craft activities . There's a free library for guests with lots and lots of books on lend.

The whole facility was spacious, serene, and clean. Rooms were big and the bed was super comfortable. View is fantastic. Breakfast buffet was decent, standard fare but great variety and vegetarian-friendly.

Clean and cozy ambient with the confortable bed. In addition, the bathroom is also very clean and big to use. Satisfied with the overall room.

We really liked the service of the hotel staff. The room wasn't too big, but it was just comfortable for 2 nights stay. The private onsen bath was a highlight of the hotel! Very short walk (3mins) to the train station.

Location was perfect, at the Luo Dong night market. It’s located in the midst of the night market, so we could easily walk down to the night market right below. Great food, clean and good facilities. Worth it to stay here. There are washing machine and dryer, (you can bring your detergent or buy from counter) and staff were super friendly. Enjoyed our stay here with family. Thank you so much! Highly recommended 🥰🙏

Super friendly and accommodating staff - they let us borrow their travel adapter when we forgot ours and held our small amount of luggage after checkout as we were going to Taipingshan the next day. The room was very nice and well equipped. Bathroom was nice and spacious although no hooks to hang items from. Taiwanese and continental breakfast was better than expected although only warm rather than hot as they serve from 6.30am (and we ate at 7.10).

It’s came with built in onsen so can stay in the room 24 hours

Staffs are friendly. Place is clean. We took the family room was spacious.
