The whole facility was spacious, serene, and clean. Rooms were big and the bed was super comfortable. View is fantastic. Breakfast buffet was decent, standard fare but great variety and vegetarian-friendly.

Clean and cozy ambient with the confortable bed. In addition, the bathroom is also very clean and big to use. Satisfied with the overall room.

This was honestly the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was amazing, and the interior design was calm and elegant. One of the standout features was the Japanese-style Toto toilet – a nice luxury touch. But the absolute highlight was the bathroom: a private hot spring bath in a stone tub, just like a traditional onsen. A truly special experience that made this stay unforgettable!

I stayed for 4D3N and loved everything about this hotel - it really EXCEEDED my expectations. It’s not my first time in Yilan and it’s my best stay thus far. It’s situated in a quiet area but convenient (about 10 mins cab to Yilan train station and 18 mins cab to Luodong). Best is that it’s superrrr family friendly. I traveled with a 1.5 year old toddler and their amenities are great! They are able to provide cot, steriliser, bath pail. The spread for breakfast is AMAZING and I was able to feed my little one lots of delicious fruits, bread, oats, soy, tofu, veg…the adult’s selection for food is >30 types I believe? Moreover, the hotel goes to length to provide fun activities for kids - there’s a fun play area at the roof top and there’s a supper buffet (I believe it’s every night) where there is choc fondue/ Taiwanese sweet soup, cakes, pudding…all amidst disco lights haha. My toddler loved it. There was also some free lights/ dance performance at the lobby on a Saturday when I was there.

The room is big, the price is good, and located near the Luo Dong train station.

The environment and the design is superb. The wood smell makes u feel relaxed and feel like at home.

We loved the pool selection and numerous options available. The breakfast was outstanding. The wide selection was good. The late closing [open until 1pm] allowed us to spa before breakfast.

Very nice room with aesthetically pleasing interior. You can get free snacks in the evening and a really good breakfast!

Location was perfect, at the Luo Dong night market. It’s located in the midst of the night market, so we could easily walk down to the night market right below. Great food, clean and good facilities. Worth it to stay here. There are washing machine and dryer, (you can bring your detergent or buy from counter) and staff were super friendly. Enjoyed our stay here with family. Thank you so much! Highly recommended 🥰🙏
