I stayed for 4D3N and loved everything about this hotel - it really EXCEEDED my expectations. It’s not my first time in Yilan and it’s my best stay thus far. It’s situated in a quiet area but convenient (about 10 mins cab to Yilan train station and 18 mins cab to Luodong). Best is that it’s superrrr family friendly. I traveled with a 1.5 year old toddler and their amenities are great! They are able to provide cot, steriliser, bath pail. The spread for breakfast is AMAZING and I was able to feed my little one lots of delicious fruits, bread, oats, soy, tofu, veg…the adult’s selection for food is >30 types I believe? Moreover, the hotel goes to length to provide fun activities for kids - there’s a fun play area at the roof top and there’s a supper buffet (I believe it’s every night) where there is choc fondue/ Taiwanese sweet soup, cakes, pudding…all amidst disco lights haha. My toddler loved it. There was also some free lights/ dance performance at the lobby on a Saturday when I was there.

Clean and cozy ambient with the confortable bed. In addition, the bathroom is also very clean and big to use. Satisfied with the overall room.

Very nice room with aesthetically pleasing interior. You can get free snacks in the evening and a really good breakfast!

Room service was excellent and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

1. Can't comment on the breakfast as I did not book the "with breakfast" option. 2. Great location, only 2 min walk to night market & 7 min walk from Yilan Train Station. 3. Walking distance to places like Night Market, Diu Diu Dang Forest Park, Jimmy Park. 4. Room was big enough. 5. Pleasant lady receptionist who was kind enough to borrow us umbrella as it was raining. 6. Nothing negative that I could think of.

Helpful and friendly staff, I particularly like the spacious and comfortable lobby, well decorated with Chinese antique, a quiet and comfortable library corner and a mini bar with free coffee and snack. My room was upgraded free to a deluxe family room, with good Mountain View. The free shuttle bus is convenient to commute to the train station. Everything in the room is clean and well-designed to suit the needs of a family with kids. Kids will never feel bored with the toys in the room and the children’s playroom on the third floor! Highly recommended for family vacations.

Tucked away in a quiet and seemingly rural part of Yilan. Outdoor onsen was amazing. They also have a decent in-room bath that you can run yourself. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and mostly delicious. Staff were friendly and warm. They even serve up free hotel supper at night, which is perfect after a soak in the outdoor onsen!

The front desk lady, she’s very friendly and helpful. Her name I can’t remember exactly. I think is Annie. Very helpful to guide us how to get around and how to travel to surrounding attractions. Really so thankful to her. The rest of the front desk male staff are also friendly and helpful. Really made our stay so delightful.

Everything to be quite honest! By far and away the best value for money hot spring hotel we stayed in. The water was lovely and hot!

We had an awesome time at the hotel. The amenities superb amazing making sure you will have a good time to relax and have fun with your family specially the kids. And they will make sure that you will not be hungry during the stay since they offer a breakfast buffet, plus afternoon and evening snacks 😊
