Hotel euphemia was excellent - room was spacious, clean, it had a couch and three small tables, bed was soft, two pillows per person with a good comforter, and it's toilet and bath was spacious and clean. WiFi was fast enough for mobile gaming. It also provided toiletries, snacks, and drinks for free (+ alcoholic welcome drinks from the bar). The TV had streaming and local cable so we enjoyed since we got to watch their sports channels. Their staff is friendly and the location is close to the night market but far enough that it is quiet and peaceful. You can take a quick walk to mcdonald's or 7-11 if you want a fast meal. It is also close enough to the HSR station so the uber was cheap and the bus ride was short. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in taichung.

Free water and earplugs are provided. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Communication was via Line and worked flawlessly. We would stay here again.

We usually just walked from the entrance of the night market in a straight line and we would arrive at our hotel! The accomadation was also near the city centre and Taichung main station, there are multiple buses from the bus station that could bring us to the station. Comfort wise, the room was big and clean, there was also a water dispenser that could dispense hot water. Water bottles and amenities (the amenities were really good, had everything you could imagine, like a comb, shaver...) were also provided based on the number of nights of stay.
