Everyone was genuinely helpful, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. Our rooms were clean, warm, and cozy, there was always electricity, hot water, and heating. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with delicious food and great coffee. We truly had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, good food, and friendly people. The only small issue was a payment misunderstanding when booking, but that was related to the international bank transfer system, not the hotel’s fault. The staff were honest and tried to help us solve it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!
